We accomplished the Wedding of DOOOOOOOM. I have more details, which I will LOCK on a post, just because I'm terrified that someone might Google it and report me to the bride and groom. HAHAHA.
I give up. I have turned off my phone. Ditched class and closed out the e-mail box.
My brain is exhausted ya'll.
Even though I do have tomorrow off, today was really pushing it and I needed a break.
The time is now 6:01pm. I will be chilling in bed, on IMs and watching Doctor Who until I pass out. Which might not be too much longer. I've even set my alarm in case I don't wake up until tomorrow. In any case, yes.
I surrender.
Catherine Tate is irritating the crap out of me. Really.
(Okay. I just really miss Martha Jones).
What happened the first time you were left home alone as a child?
Submitted by Warhead.
What I remember most of all is the key. Mom took me to get a special keychain to wear around my neck and then took me to get the spare key made. We lived on a military base (and this was like 1989 or 1990) and my mom would wake me up in the morning, fix me breakfast and then go to work. I was responsible for walking to school and walking home by myself. I would let myself in the house like mom would do with her key and I felt super grown up.
Once I got home, it was all about Mr. Belvedere (not the vodka) and Three's Company reruns until Tiny Toons. I miss those shows!
But when mom came home, it was all about the homework. =(
Seriously. Outside of my dating laments, I have been fricking CRAZY BUSY. I requested this whole weekend off. Was going to visit the Goldster but realize "oh snap, TAXES". Dub Tee Eff. I have the Marketing prof from hell (read: she knows her stuff and is going to make us work for it).
I am le tired. But I know all this hard work is going to PAY OFF. I just wish it would pay off like yesterday, LOL.
Anyhow, the businesses are in full swing. We have our 6th and final child starting next monday. We're full! Remember when I was freaking out about not getting any call backs? Now I'm working on a Child Care website and we're trying to get a graphic designer to design a logo for both businesses. Hopefully who ever I find this time around doesn't run off with all the money I give them (thanks Craigslist).
Aaaaaand this entry wins for the most disjointed entry EVAR. I think I'll spend the rest of my time catching up on the week's worth of neighborhood entries I didn't read.
How are your Saturday nights different now than they were five years ago?
I stay in a looooooot more now than I did then.
I intended to post this yesterday, but I got distracted by watching it over and over again.
